- File processing happens 100% locally in your browser — your PDF files are never uploaded to any server. We have zero access to your documents.
- We use Google Analytics to understand general usage patterns (e.g., which pages are visited). This helps us improve the service. It does not record your screen or access your PDF content.
- We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic, privacy-focused analytics, which does not use cookies to track individual users.
Paid Users (Login Required):
- When you log in via Google or email magic link, we collect and store your email address to identify your account and sync your subscription status.
- We store your subscription status (active/expired).
- Payment information: All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store any payment card details.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use the following services that may set cookies or similar technologies, but only after you provide your explicit consent via our cookie consent banner:
- Google Fonts: Used to improve our design and typography. When you accept, your browser loads fonts from Google's servers, which may record your IP address.
- Google Analytics: Used to understand how visitors interact with our website (e.g., page views, time on site). This helps us identify popular features and improve user experience.
- No screen recording: Google Analytics does not record your screen or capture any part of the PDF viewer area.
- No access to PDF content: It only collects anonymous, aggregated data about page navigation.

4. File Processing
Current: All PDF processing is done locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.
Future AI Features: If we introduce AI functions, certain files may be temporarily uploaded for processing. These files are automatically deleted immediately after processing and are not stored or used for any other purpose. We will notify users via website announcement before launching such features.
5. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.
6. Data Retention & Security
We securely store email addresses and subscription status for paid users. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
